We are looking for a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover over three evenings in Ealing. This is a quiet reception environment, with some general administrative duties required during the shifts.

Hours

  • Tuesday 18 August: 4:15pm - 9:45pm (includes a 30-minute induction with our Head of Operations)
  • Wednesday 19 August: 4:45pm - 9:45pm
  • Thursday 20 August: 4:45pm - 9:45pm

Key Duties

  • Providing a friendly and professional reception service
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors as required
  • Monitoring the reception area
  • Completing general administration tasks during quieter periods

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
  • Professional, reliable and punctual
  • Confident working independently in a quiet reception environment
  • Good communication and basic administration skills
  • Must be available for all three shifts
