We are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger / Accounts Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Greenford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has good Excel skills but does not necessarily have prior accounts experience – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with invoicing, credits, and refunds
- Supporting credit control processes and customer queries
- Producing daily and monthly reports using Excel and internal systems
- Processing card payments and assisting with petty cash
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
- Assisting with audits and ad‑hoc finance tasks
