Calling All Gamers Who Just Happen to Be Great Marketers
Do you get excited about game reveals? Watch showcases live? Follow gaming news, creators and communities? Know what separates a great game launch from a forgettable one? If that sounds like you—and you’ve built a career in marketing—this could be your next adventure.
We’re partnering with a leading global entertainment company to recruit an Associate Product Marketing Manager to help launch two exciting digital games next year. This is an opportunity to play a key role in bringing new gaming experiences to players across EMEA, working alongside an experienced global marketing team from first reveal through to launch and beyond. This role isn’t just about marketing games—it’s about understanding players because you are one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As part of a collaborative international marketing team, you’ll help deliver player-first campaigns that connect with gaming communities globally.
- Support go-to-market campaigns for upcoming digital game releases across PC and console.
- Help coordinate key campaign moments, including reveals, trailers, launch activity and post-launch support.
- Work with global teams to adapt marketing assets for regional audiences.
- Partner with PR, Community, Creator, Platform and Publishing teams to ensure campaigns land with players.
- Support creator and influencer activations across multiple markets.
- Keep campaign timelines, assets and deliverables on track.
- Analyse campaign performance and share insights to improve future launches.
- Stay plugged into gaming culture, player behaviour and emerging industry trends.
Who We’re Looking For
First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves games. You understand gaming communities because you’re part of them. Whether you’re on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo or PC, you know how players discover games, what creates excitement around a launch and why authenticity matters.
Alongside your passion for gaming, you’ll bring:
- Experience in marketing, product marketing or publishing, ideally within games or entertainment.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience supporting game launches or live-service titles.
- Exposure to creator or influencer marketing.
- Experience using project management or asset tracking tools.
Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
This is a chance to work on two major digital game launches, collaborating with experienced marketing professionals on campaigns that will reach players across multiple markets. You’ll gain hands-on experience delivering large-scale international launches, working closely with creators, communities, platform partners and regional marketing teams—all while helping shape how players experience exciting new games.
If you’re the kind of person who talks about game announcements with friends, follows the latest showcases and loves the idea of helping build the hype around a launch, we’d love to hear from you.
