IT Software and Data Assistant £25,000 – £28,000 Walton-On-Thames This is a superb opportunity for a tech aficionado. You will be joining a small, friendly and successful team, as a lynchpin between the Development and admin/sales and customer service team. Key duties: Testing software applications Identifying faults within software, writing up a bug for the development team to fix Supporting the team with technical queries Developing improvements to reporting Managing the development and implementation of new features/modules Testing software updates for bugs Investigating problems with integration and compatibility of equipment Manipulation of data within Excel, sorting and filtering, identifying insights and anomalies in data, reporting.
