We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established business based in Harrow on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with strong Sage 50 knowledge and previous intercompany accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day bookkeeping duties
- Managing sales and purchase ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices and payments
- Credit control support
- VAT returns preparation
- Intercompany reconciliations and postings
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage 50
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
- Previous intercompany accounting experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
