Executive Assistant (18-month contract) \\nTo 40k (plus excellent benefits package) \\nUxbridge\\n\\nAre you an experienced EA who is available to start a new role in September? \\n\\nAre you happy working in a fast-paced environment and confident in supporting several executive individuals and teams?\\n\\nMy client has now created this brand-new position. It’s an 18-month contract with a possibility of going perm after this.
\\n\\nThis accredited organisation offers an excellent package- 36 hours per week, hybrid working (3 days in office)29 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, wellbeing allowance etc… \\n\\nBased in a super modern office role duties as follows.\\n\\nProviding EA support to various C suite individuals as well as associated charities\\nWill work along side the senior EA and act as gate keeper\\nPrepare and collate various reports\\nAct as primary contact for charity trustees\\nManage all day-to-day diary and travel arrangements\\nManage invoice tracking, credit card expenses\\nProvide additional project support to CFO and COO\\nMinute taking and record keeping\\nSharePoint \\n \\nExperience needed\\nSolid experience within an EA role- from a fast paced, collaborative environment\\nExperience with Board/Committee work\\nConfident minute taker\\nExperience with SharePoint\\nConfidence managing financial processes- expenses etc\\nHighly personable and collaborative in style\\n\\nPlease note this is an urgent role with a start date set for early September 2025\\nIs this a great opportunity for you?
