About the Role:

You will support the digital team in delivering projects, managing timelines, and working with a range of internal teams and external clients. You will need to balance creativity, digital know-how, and organisation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor projects, manage timelines, and support project team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project data using Jira and Paprika
  • Liaise with internal departments, third parties, and clients via phone and email
  • Build templated microsites and support campaign rollouts using digital tools
  • Prepare briefs for creative teams and review progress
  • Track and mitigate risks, troubleshoot project issues, and ensure delivery standards
  • Use Google Analytics and internal systems to monitor and report on live campaigns
  • Support wider team on ad hoc tasks and ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, client servicing, or admin in a digital or marketing-led environment
  • A-Level or degree-level education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate/advanced), Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and quality
  • Customer-focused and commercially aware
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, or WordPress
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding or UI/UX knowledge
  • Background in promotional marketing or digital content creation
  • Project management certification (or working towards one, e.g. Prince2)
