We are recruiting for a Delivery Driver / Installer to join a successful and growing business based near Hayes. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary, great benefits, and real job security.

About the Role: As a Delivery Driver / Installer, you’ll be working as part of a two-person crew, delivering and installing products at customer sites and homes. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high service standards and representing the company with professionalism and pride.
Please note: This role includes occasional overnight stays when long-distance travel is required. Hotels and expenses are fully covered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out daily delivery runs, including installations, to high standards of care.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring safe handling of products.
* Conduct vehicle safety checks before departure.
* Maintain accurate records and follow company processes.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
* Meet performance targets linked to service levels and efficiency.
* Be flexible and proactive in overcoming delivery challenges.
* Support colleagues and assist with ad hoc duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a physical Delivery Driver / Installer or 2-person crew role.
* Over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes) with a full, clean UK driving licence (max 6 points).
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
* Physically fit and confident with early starts and active work.
* Reliable, well-organised and solution-focused.
* Able to travel and occasionally stay overnight when required.
