Overview
Delivery Driver / Installer β Location: Hayes, Middlesex. Salary: Β£32,000 + excellent benefits. Hours: Up to 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (start time 6:30am).
We are recruiting for a Delivery Driver / Installer to join a successful and growing business based near Hayes. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary, great benefits, and real job security.

About the Role
As a Delivery Driver / Installer, you\’ll be working as part of a two-person crew, delivering and installing products at customer sites and homes. You\’ll play a vital role in maintaining high service standards and representing the company with professionalism and pride.
Please note: This role includes occasional overnight stays when long-distance travel is required. Hotels and expenses are fully covered.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily delivery runs, including installations, to high standards of care.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring safe handling of products.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks before departure.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Meet performance targets linked to service levels and efficiency.

What We\\\’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a physical Delivery Driver / Installer or 2-person crew role.
- Over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes) with a full, clean UK driving licence (max 6 points).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Physically fit and confident with early starts and active work.
- Reliable, well-organised and solution-focused.
- Able to travel and occasionally stay overnight when required.
