We’re working with a thriving, family-owned manufacturing business in Greenford that’s looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support their team of busy Key Account Managers. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between customers and the wider business, taking ownership of key support functions and playing a vital part in maintaining excellent relationships.
The Role: This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted to help manage a portfolio of existing accounts, respond quickly to customer enquiries, and ensure the smooth processing of orders from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing incoming orders and customer enquiries
- Quoting prices and advising on product and stock availability
- Providing estimated delivery dates and resolving logistics issues
- Issuing and managing invoices and order documentation
- Coordinating sample and artwork requests
- Completing and sending order notifications
- Liaising daily with internal departments - sales, warehouse, and despatch
- Supporting Key Account Managers with all related admin
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support or sales admin role
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Comfortable working across Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Highly organised and efficient with great attention to detail
- Strong listening skills and a collaborative approach
