We are recruiting for our client for a CRM and Marketing Data Assistant to join a growing business in West London.
This role would suit a graduate or someone with around a year of relevant experience who enjoys working with data, numbers and spreadsheets and would like to build a career within marketing.
Rather than focusing on creative marketing, this position is centred around customer data, CRM records, campaign targeting and reporting. You will work closely with commercial and marketing colleagues, helping to ensure customer information is accurate, useful and effectively applied to digital campaigns.

The Role:
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within CRM and database systems
- Use Excel to organise, review and manipulate customer and campaign data
- Segment data to support targeted marketing activity
- Prepare accurate contact information for email and digital campaigns
- Review customer and sales information to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Support improvements to CRM records and data quality
- Work with marketing and commercial colleagues to improve campaign targeting
- Provide wider support across digital marketing activity where required
The ideal CRM and Marketing Data Assistant will have:
- A degree in a relevant subject such as Marketing, Business, Mathematics or Economics, or approximately one year's relevant experience
- Confidence using Excel and working with numerical information
- Some experience using a CRM system
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and customer data
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to organise and interpret information effectively
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems
Previous exposure to email marketing platforms, database management or marketing reporting would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with Excel and data and wants to develop practical experience across CRM, customer insight and digital marketing.
