You will form part of a small and dedicated team and MUST have experience within the tech sector. There is a lot of product knowledge to learn so full product training will be given. Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all no sales related queries

  • Account managing all channel partner accounts

  • Following up on leads and qualifying- these are then passed onto the sales team

  • Communication of new information to partners

  • Quote generation

  • Generation of reports and support tickets

  • Onboarding new partners

  • Assisting with portal queries

  • Support on client review meetings

  • Update of CRM
