Blinds Installer | Full Training Offered Location: Ruislip Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday Are you a practical person with great attention to detail and experience in fitting, measuring or similar trades? Looking to join a long-standing, friendly family-run business where your work is genuinely appreciated? We’re excited to be recruiting for a growing business in the local area that specialises in high-quality blinds and window solutions. They’re now looking for an additional Blinds Installer to join their supportive team and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. Whether you have direct experience fitting blinds or come from a related trade (carpentry, windows, kitchens, handyman work etc.), full training will be given – so attitude, reliability and care for your work are key! What’s in it for you? * Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience * Local work – mostly within a 1-hour drive from the Ruislip office * Full training and development from an experienced team * Friendly and respectful working environment * Genuine pride in the work you do and customer feedback you receive Key Responsibilities: * Review daily job notes and ensure all tools, fittings and parts are prepared * Travel to customer sites and carry out fitting/installation work professionally and safely * Take accurate measurements and make any minor adjustments on-site if needed * Install blinds to a high standard, demonstrating care and attention to detail * Explain product use, child safety and aftercare to customers * Collect signed customer feedback and keep internal records up to date * Represent the company positively at all times and communicate effectively with the office team Who We\’re Looking For: * Someone with previous experience in blinds installation OR another trade (e.g. window fitting, joinery, kitchen fitting etc.) * Confident using tools and able to take accurate measurements * Well-organised and able to work independently * Professional, polite, and tidy when working in customers\’ homes * Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn What to do now: If this sounds like your kind of role, apply today!
