We’re partnering with a well-established logistics provider based in Uxbridge, who are now seeking a confident and proactive individual with at least two years’ solid air export experience. Experience with CargoWise is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling the full end-to-end air export process
- Raising airway bills and completing customs entries
- Managing customer and supplier communications
- Ensuring accurate and timely quotes and invoicing
- Completing reports in line with customer SOPs and deadlines
- Working with CargoWise to track and process shipments
- Monitoring strict KPIs and ensuring full compliance with industry standards
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing outstanding service
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in air export operations
- Strong working knowledge of customs clearance processes and tariffs
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Highly organised and detail-orientated
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Previous experience using CargoWise is a big plus
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
