Account Executive/Manager Global business working within immersive entertainment Farnham Permanent – £26,000- £36,000 (dependant on experience) We are representing a bespoke specialist in their field, who are recruiting for a commercially astute, relationship developer to maintain and develop client/partner relationships globally. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop their career as the company is experiencing rapid growth and success. Working with the Founder and senior team you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing and new partner/client relationships with a view or increasing sales whilst securing long-term business partnerships. Key duties include, but are not limited to; Negotiation deals between publishers and potential distribution partners Building and maintain relationships with international partners Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products, as well as pricing and shipping terms. Attending 4-6 trade shows a year (within the UK and globally) alongside the Events and Marketing team to generate new sales leads and meet with existing partners. Updating and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. Driving successful sales correspondence across all avenues, emails, calls and meetings. Collaborating with other sales staff to achieve targets and objectives as a team. Carrying out additional duties to contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Essential skills: Minimum of 18 months in B2B sales, account management or procurement role. An enthusiasm for immersive gaming Excellent social and people skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
