Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per annum + annual bonus scheme

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week)
Hybrid Working: Three days in the office and two days from home (upon completion of training)
We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive to join a well-established marketing services company based in central Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to play a key role within a collaborative and dynamic account management team.
Reporting directly to the Senior Account Executive, you will support the delivery of client campaigns through effective administration, communication, and coordination with various internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate photos and results data from store visits, identifying and addressing any discrepancies
- Respond to queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with the warehouse and field teams regarding the delivery and distribution of Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Assist with the preparation of Field Briefs and Surveys using internal systems
- Collate and distribute project materials to field teams
- Undertake system administration tasks, including paperwork checks and data entry
- Follow up on missing results and carry out general administrative duties as required
- Conduct occasional store visits and purchase sample products for research projects
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete complex tasks accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good numerical and analytical abilities
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to support the wider team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling telephone queries
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
