Are you a hands-on 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer who thrives in a professional, fast-paced IT support environment? We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent end-user support capabilities, and confidence across Windows 11, O365 and device builds.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at a high-profile site near Brentford. You’ll be providing onsite 2nd Line Support, managing user tickets, escalating issues, and performing physical device builds. You’ll also take part in a paid on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks), with some occasional travel to nearby sites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resolving 2nd line support queries across desktop, network and mobile environments
  • Building laptops/PCs using tools such as Intune Autopilot or SCCM
  • Supporting Office 365, Windows 11 and AV tools like Zoom/MS Teams
  • Troubleshooting remote access (VPN) and mobile device issues (iPhone)
  • Updating the Asset Management system and maintaining documentation
  • Liaising with global teams and external vendors to resolve issues

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer role
  • Excellent troubleshooting and ticket resolution skills
  • Experience with Windows 11, O365, Intune/SCCM, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of AV/Telephony/MDM support in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, methodical approach
