Job Description
In this post, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the College's commercial and community hire activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and seamless experience, in accordance with College policies.
The main responsibilities of the role will include providing and efficient, customer focused service to enquirers across campus sites, and the marketing and managing of lettings at all sites, ensuring compliance with College policy.
Specific duties will include: Creating rate cardsClient relationship and liaison managementDeveloping and maintaining the college profile within local and broader communityMeeting clients and judging the appropriateness of bookingsNegotiating and issuing contracts for bookings in line with policy and proceduresMaintain paperwork and records including booking contracts, invoices and credit notesWe are seeking a pro active individual who can demonstrate:· Administrative experience gained within a busy, customer-focused environment· Excellent customer service skills, with experience of providing a high level of customer service· Strong commercial awareness· Excellent organisational and planning skills· Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook)You will be joining a supportive and inclusive organisation, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
