We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum team for Creative Industries, based at Richmond Campus.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including:
- Producing correspondence and reports
- Assisting in arranging class cover
- Diary management
- Handling queries
- Communicating effectively with students and staff across the College
You should have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases. You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
