Section Manager ESOL Young Learners

21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year(preferably Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)Actual salary in the range of £27,926 -£30,388 per annum including London

Weare seeking to appoint a part time Section Manager for ESOL who would beresponsible for planning, implementing and delivering courses within the ESOLSection. You will develop provision,teach on a range of courses and line manage a team of teaching staff. You will be primarily responsible for theSchools Young Learner Full-time ESOL, Functional Maths, additionalqualifications and Enrichment activities.

A relevant degree/professional qualificationis essential, together with an English Language Teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA,DELTA, Dip TESOL, MA ELT) and a full Level 5 teaching qualification recognisedby the FE sector (PGCE, DET or equivalent).You should also have 3 years experience in delivering ESOL courses,some curriculum co-ordination experience and have good leadership skills, with someexperience of supervising a team in Further Education or a similarsetting.
