We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Salon Sales Co-ordinator to provide a welcoming front-of-house service for our Hair & Beauty Department at the Harrow-on-the-Hill Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the salon reception, coordinating appointments through our in-house booking system, handling enquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will also play an active role in promoting services and identifying opportunities to increase future bookings and sales.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy reception or customer-facing role, along with experience within a salon, hairdressing or beauty environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
