As Lettings Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the College's commercial and community hire activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and seamless experience, in accordance with College policies.


Specific duties will include:



  • Creating rate cards

  • Client relationship and liaison management

  • Developing and maintaining the college profile within local and broader community

  • Meeting clients and judging the appropriateness of bookings

  • Negotiating and issuing contracts for bookings in line with policy and procedures

  • Maintain paperwork and records including booking contracts, invoices and credit notes


We are seeking a proactive individual who can demonstrate:



  • Administrative experience gained within a busy, customer-focused environment

  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience of providing a high level of customer service

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook)
