We provide a broad range of courses within a dynamiclearning environment, including a beauty salon equipped to industry standard.We are seeking a part time Lecturer in Beauty Therapy toteachacross a range of programmes including full time City and Guilds Levels 2 and 3and commercial courses including Beauty Therapy short courses, evening coursesand Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation using Laser systems.
You will need to be qualified to a minimum of Level 3in the subject area, a minimum of 3 years experience gained within the Beautyindustry and some teaching, training or assessing experience in the area ofBeauty Therapy. You will either possess an advanced level teachingqualification recognised by the FE sector (PGCE, DET or equivalent) and be aqualified assessor, or will be willing to work towards these qualifications,supported by the College. Experience or qualifications in Lasertreatment would be desirable.
