Teacher Training Provided.

Our School of Technical Apprenticeships successfully prepares learners for a wide range of careers and/or higher education, meeting the latest industry standards. In this post you would be responsible for the assessment of apprentices following Apprenticeship Standards in Bus and Coach Engineering in their workplaces and in college and teaching a range of standards.

You will need to be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Heavy Goods Vehicles with experience of maintaining heavy vehicles/public service vehicles (e.g. buses, coaches) and have up to date experience of teaching and/or assessing within this subject area. You will have good communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage apprentices. You will also have a full, clean driving licence and the ability and willingness to travel to employers' premises in the local area.
