36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year to cover term times. Part time (4 days per week) available.

Actual salary in the range of £24,486 - £25,202 per annum including London Weighting.

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to provide support for learners with Profound and Multiple learning difficulties. This role will involve supporting students to integrate into the College, encouraging them towards independence and supporting them with personal care, feeding and medication.

You would be based at Uxbridge Campus or at our new SEND centre, Barra Hall, in Hayes. We are seeking individuals with experience of working with young people, and experience of supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities. You should be trained in manual handling and administering medication, or will be willing to undertake training in these areas.

You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to motivate and support young people.

These posts are to commence 1st September 2026. The working pattern for these posts will be 8.45am - 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break each day.

We can offer full time hours (36 per week), or part time hours at 4 days (28.8 hours per week). The work location could be Barra Hall, Hayes or Uxbridge Campus.
