This multifaceted allied health organisation provides amazing opportunities for occupational therapists to develop their skills in different areas of occupational therapy, such as; hand therapy, paediatrics, disability, aged care support, mental health, rehabilitation and neurorehabilitation.
They are seeking a passionate early career OT to join their paediatric team based in Townsville.

What you will be doing:
You will be working with paediatric clients presenting with a wide range of diagnosis in clinic and community (schools/ homes) settings.
In your role you will;

  • Conduct therapy assessments
  • Create tailored therapy plans
  • Facilitate intentional, client focused therapy sessions
  • Take progress notes
  • Write relevant NDIS reports and recommendations when necessary

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
