This blue-chip Civil Construction Group is an absolute market leader across Australia, operating across all segments of the infrastructure market. Throughout Townsville and the Northern QLD region, they are booming, with many roads (TMR), subdivision, council infrastructure and water/wastewater infrastructure projects. They now require 3 experienced Foreman to join their team.
Role
As a Foreman, you will work collaboratively with Project Managers to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will be an integral part of the team and play a major role in communicating with clients, programming works, managing subcontractors/workforce, allocating plant/resources and achieving site production objectives. Your style will be one that promotes teamwork, safety and you will have a high commitment to quality outcomes.
Requirements
To secure a role you will have a stable employment history, have worked your way up through the ranks and have a demonstrable history of successful/profitable project delivery. In addition, we are seeking;
- Certificate III and/or IV in Civil Construction
- Experience in the delivery of Roads, Subdivision and/or infrastructure projects up to $30m
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
