TP Human Capital is partnering with Regional Development Australia (RDA) Townsville and North West Queensland to recruit an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer. This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected regional organisation dedicated to driving economic growth, strengthening regional capability, and delivering positive outcomes for communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business, government, and community sectors to drive regional development outcomes.
- Act as a connector between government, industry, and community stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives that enhance local capability, attract investment, and support economic diversification.
- Provide evidence-based advice to government on funding, policy, infrastructure, and workforce priorities.
- Represent and advocate for regional interests at local, state, and national levels.
