About the vacancy: We are looking for Administrators to join our Student and Programme Support (SPS) Team at our Frenchay and Glenside Campuses. These roles are offered on a fixed-term basis.
You will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality, student-focused support. New members are welcomed and made to feel at home from the outset.
As an SPS Administrator, you will work collaboratively with academic and professional service teams to deliver a high-quality service that supports students to achieve success in their studies. The responsibilities of the team are varied and touch on almost every aspect of the student journey, from arrival at UWE until graduation and beyond. Interviews will take place at the University\'s Frenchay campus during the week commencing September 2025.

This role is campus-based for at least 60% of your time, with the opportunity to work from home on remaining days when appropriate.

About you: We seek an enthusiastic individual with broad administrative experience in a professional office environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize are key.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with complex database systems. The ability to manipulate data and produce basic reports is essential.
Teamwork is integral to the SPS team, and you should be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the university.
Customer service is at the heart of our work; you should demonstrate strong client focus and how your skills can contribute to providing an excellent student experience.
You will be adaptable, calm, and professional. You will receive support through a thorough induction and various training and development courses.
