About the opportunity
Join a strong, values led business partnering team, focussed on client-centred service. Broaden and deepen your professional experience working in a diverse and complex organisation. Partner with business areas and provide expert P&C advice to UWA leaders. Lead change management initiatives and support the implementation of university wide P&C programs and projects. Collaborate with other P&C functional teams and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Extensive HR practitioner experience in a large and/or complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading end to end employee case management, including conflict/dispute resolution and performance management.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in a range of relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and experience with HR/payroll management systems).
