The predicted salary is between 80000 - 95000 £ per year.

26 weeks paid parental leave after one year and 36 weeks after five years continuous service, regardless of gender. 4 weeks annual leave with the option to purchase more. 13 weeks long service leave after seven/ten years. Salary packaging options. 17% superannuation, with the option to reduce to the minimum super guarantee. 25% off UWA full fee courses, discounted health insurance, and convenient on-campus childcare options. Incremental progression based on 12 months continuous service.

About the opportunity: Undertake independent teaching, contribute to a range of teaching and curriculum innovations, support student experience, supervise postgraduate students, and complete unit and course co-ordination duties. Contribute to Initial Teacher Education Primary programs, with specific expertise in professional experience. Contribute to internal and external University and School activities.

About you: A completed doctorate in the field of Education or closely related discipline. Demonstrated commitment to delivering innovative teaching approaches, assessments, and materials for units and courses. Demonstrated record of teaching in higher education, including initial teacher education and/or recent professional practice as an educator in primary school settings. Commitment to actively supporting outreach activities for the School and wider University. Demonstrated experience building partnerships with local schools and a willingness to work collaboratively with others across teaching and learning and/or professional placement activities.
