The predicted salary is between 60000 - 70000 £ per year.
26 weeks paid parental leave after one year and 36 weeks after five years continuous service, regardless of gender. 4 weeks annual leave with the option to purchase more. 13 weeks long service leave after seven/ten years. The KIDDO www.kiddo.edu.au digital platform aims to address the declining levels of physical activity being seen in Australian children. Based in the School of Human Sciences at UWA, the KIDDO team are friendly and highly driven with a big dream so expect to be surrounded by people who are passionate about ensuring children have the best start in life. KIDDO is a high growth, fast paced organisation more akin to a tech start up than what you might perceive a university to be like. KIDDO has been operating since 2014 and is primed for expansion into the national and international market. With over 50% of Western Australian primary schools and 300+ Early Childhood Education and Care Services as well as a growing presence in Victoria, Northern Territory and Tasmania. KIDDO is already making a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of Australian children.
About the opportunity
- Be responsible for developing, delivering and executing KIDDO’s marketing and communications strategy to support program growth, sustainability and impact, while positioning KIDDO as a leader in the early childhood and primary school physical literacy space.
- Manage and deliver integrated marketing and communications activity across digital platforms, email, social media, PR and events, supporting strong, consistent messaging and optimising user engagement, retention and overall customer experience.
- Contribute as part of the program leadership team to business development strategy, increasing brand awareness, growing membership and revenue, and informing platform development priorities.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant experience in the full range of marketing, communications, digital channels and content development.
- Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp, including audience segmentation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience planning, delivering and optimising Meta marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
