This program is a full-time commitment for the first 5 weeks. The course has the following start dates:

  • July 7th, 2025 (application deadline May 12, 2025)
  • October 13th, 2025 (application deadline August 29, 2025)

If you apply past the deadline for a course, we will gladly consider you for the next course! Please note: the application for each start date will close 5 weeks prior in order to ensure that no deadlines are missed in the recruitment process.

Here's what sets us apart:

  • Get trained as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - FREE! We cover all costs and compensate you for your time in the program. You'll initially be hired as a PCA and be developed into a LNA I with long-lasting career opportunities!
  • The training course consists of a combination of classroom, lab and clinical practice in an acute medical/surgical setting. Clinical practice is held at the Medical Center Campus on specific units. Course takes place Monday through Friday. A schedule is provided the first day of class. A mandatory 4-hour skill practice session will be scheduled prior to the state licensing test.
  • Gain valuable experience working alongside skilled professionals while you learn.
  • Start your career with a sign-on bonus! ($1,500 for full-time LNAs).

As a LNA, you'll:

  • Provide direct and indirect care to patients and families under the guidance of a registered nurse.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Have growth opportunities! After 1 year you're eligible to advance to a LNA II with a bump in pay!
