As we expand into the UK market, we’re looking for a

Strategic Customer Success Manager Europe to support and grow one of UVeye’s most important European partnerships.

This role will be based in the UK, with regular on‑site engagement across the region, including regular travel to Paris, France.

In this role, you will serve as the primary partner lead for mobility and airport stakeholders in the UK, while supporting and collaborating closely with our established Paris operation during the early stages of UK expansion.

Owning a complex, multi‑party program within a regulated, operationally intensive environment, you will guide partners through onboarding, rollout, and ongoing optimisation—driving adoption, operational excellence, and measurable business value.

As the face of UVeye in the field, you will work closely with rental operators, airport teams, and internal UVeye stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high‑impact customer experience, while helping shape a repeatable model for future expansion across the region.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to mobility operators, airport stakeholders, and internal UVeye teams, ensuring strong alignment across operational, commercial, and technical objectives.
  • Lead partner onboarding, site launches, and rollout milestones, ensuring operational readiness and smooth integration of UVeye technology into daily workflows.
  • Establish and maintain joint operating rhythms, including regular touchpoints, performance reviews, and on‑site engagement, to drive transparency, accountability, and momentum.
  • Monitor operational performance and system utilisation across sites, using data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify barriers to adoption and lead structured change-management efforts to drive consistent, reliable use of UVeye technology.
  • Track and analyse key program metrics such as usage, acknowledgment rates, throughput, and efficiency, translating insights into clear actions for partners and internal teams.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to UVeye leadership with clarity and data‑driven insight.
  • Capture field learnings and translate them into scalable playbooks, processes, and best practices to support future European deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver additional operational, commercial, or customer‑experience value within existing partnerships.
  • Represent UVeye in the field with professionalism, strategic thinking, and a solutions‑oriented mindset, strengthening long‑term partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Partner Management, or Operations within mobility, transportation, aviation, automotive, or similarly complex operational environments.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise, multi‑stakeholder partnerships, ideally within regulated or safety‑critical environments (e. g., airports, transportation, infrastructure, large‑scale operations).
  • Fluent English and business‑fluent French required, with the ability to lead meetings, operate on‑site, and build trusted relationships in both languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, operational change, and measurable value across diverse partner organisations.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience supporting long‑term account growth, value articulation, renewals, or expansion within strategic partnerships.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging both front‑line operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable using data to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive informed decisions.
  • Experience working independently with cross‑functional, global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the UK and to France, particularly during the initial phase of the role.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Physical Requirements

This role may involve on‑site or field‑based activities.

Depending on the position, tasks may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking; working in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments.

The role requires travel, working in varying environmental conditions, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when appropriate.
