We have a wonderful opportunity to join a very warm, talented, welcoming client team. As an S4 Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving change delivery across Manufacturing for our Defence client. You will work as part of the Change Programme team, ensuring SAP-enabled changes are understood, adopted, and embedded, enabling the business to transition smoothly to new processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change delivery for assigned Manufacturing alongside 2 additional change managers.
  • Partner with Function Leads and Change Champions to drive adoption and embedment of SAP-enabled changes.
  • Assess change impacts across functions and lead change planning.
  • Develop and deliver function-specific change plans aligned to overall programme strategy.
  • Engage, influence, and support business users and leaders to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Create clear, tailored communications that explain what’s changing and why; cascade key messages for alignment.
  • Surface responses to change, gather feedback, and work with Function Leads to resolve issues.
  • Identify training needs, supporting the design and execution of SAP-related training.
  • Track business readiness, address risks/issues, and support smooth transitions.
  • Act as the bridge between the Change Programme team and back-office functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to reinforce and sustain change adoption.

  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
