What You’ll Be Doing Due to a recent leaver, we have a new opportunity to join us as a Manufacturing Shift Production Operative, working on our manufacturing and production line. This is a full-time, permanent role, working on a rotating pattern (06:00 – 14:00, 22:00 – 06:00, 14:00 – 22:00), Monday to Friday, plus an average of two extra hours on weekdays or weekends. Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will: - Receive products from the production line - Carry out quality and labelling checks - Operate equipment such as pump trucks What We’re Looking For Our Manufacturing Shift Production Operative will need a good standard of English communication, including reading and writing, in order to follow work instructions. Ideal candidates will also have experience with repetitive manual work. As part of the interview process, we’ll ask you to take part in a 30-minute unpaid trial shift to ensure the role is right for you. *Basic pay of £13.34 per hour + an additional £1.33 per hour for 104 mandatory extra hours per year (gross salary is £30,510 over 12 months). There may also be optional overtime available. Other organisations may call this role Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Production Line Operative, Production Cell Operative, Manufacturing Operative, or Machine Operative.
