We are now looking for an Injection Moulding Technician to join our friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis, operating on a rotating shift pattern. Shifts run from 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am, from Monday to Friday. There is a requirement for occasional weekend and overtime work.

The Role
As an Injection Moulding Technician, you will support the injection mould manufacturing of our bespoke returnable packaging. Alongside a small, friendly team, you will undertake tool setting duties to support the injection mould manufacturing of our products. This includes stripping down tools and setting up runs after a tool change, conducting quality checks and maintaining machine parameters. Additionally, you will assist the operators with their day-to-day activities.
About You
To be considered as an Injection Moulding Technician, you will need:
- Strong tool setting experience on larger machines (ideally Engel and Krauss Maffei up to 2,700 tonnes)
- Good communication skills
- To be qualified to IMT Level 3 or equivalent
Please note, this role will involve heavy manual work.
*Pay includes basic pay for 40 hours, plus 10% extra guaranteed earnings for mandatory extra hours (average of two per week).
