Uttlesford District Council is a registered provider of social housing, owning and managing c.2800 council homes. We are seeking an analytical, collaborative and highly motivated Tenant Feedback and Insight Officer to play a central role in helping the council deliver meaningful outcomes from tenant engagement across our housing services.
This role will ensure we make full and effective use of insights gathered from tenant feedback, surveys, scrutiny activity and the tenant census. You will turn data into actionable recommendations, support service improvement workstreams, and produce high-quality reports for senior managers, Members, tenants and other stakeholders. This post is critical to demonstrating the impact of tenant engagement and strengthening our compliance with the Tenant Involvement and Empowerment elements of the Consumer Standards.
You will work closely with colleagues across the housing landlord service to ensure that findings from engagement work drive service improvements and that actions are delivered and evidenced.

- Has strong analytical skills and can interpret data confidently.

- Is committed to improving tenant experience and embedding the voice of tenants in service design.
- Understands (or is keen to learn) national approaches to tenant engagement, the Consumer Standards, and emerging sector practice.
- Can work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues, including those in operational, strategic and frontline roles.
- Has excellent organisational skills and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.
