We are seeking a proactive and capable individual to join the Executive Support team on a part-time basis, providing high-quality, confidential administrative support to the Corporate Management Team (CMT). Working as part of an established team, the role supports the effective operation of CMT and includes involvement in corporate projects and initiatives.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as the team provides a key point of contact for senior managers, Councillors, colleagues, partners, and external agencies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a structured and organised approach, be self-motivated, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude. A good standard of education and strong IT skills are required.

The working pattern is flexible: four days per week (Monday–Thursday) or five shorter days (Monday–Friday).
