Housing Programme Manager – Change & Delivery in Saffron Walden

1 To lead one or more programmes within The Corporate Programme which make a vital contribution to the Council’s strategic aims.

2 The role will be responsible for building compelling business cases to drive change, establishing programme governance and assurance, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring the council can accommodate the change. Supporting the Head of Transformation & Projects, the Programme Manager will support delivery of The Corporate Programme and take a leadership role in embedding project and programme practice across the organisation

3 The Programme Manager will influence and work with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes.
