We are seeking to recruit a part-time team member to join our Support Team (15 hours per week, to be worked on Thursdays and Fridays). In this role, you will play an important part in the team, working closely with Planning and Building Control Officers to deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support.
To be successful in this role you must have a high level of accuracy and technical expertise across multiple systems. Confidence and the ability to multitask between a wide range of processes including assisting with Planning Enforcement administration and Appeal Inquiries/Hearings, amongst other things is required. You will also have a methodical and organised approach to your workload, be calm under pressure with the ability to work to strict deadlines. High level of customer service skills will be needed.
