We have created a new position of Housing Finance and Admin Officer reporting directly to the Head of Housing Solutions to support the smooth running of the Housing Options team by providing efficient and accurate business support across the service.

We are looking for someone with experience in organising and supporting teams, not necessarily in the housing sector, however some experience of administration and invoice processing would be required. We work in a customer focused way to ensure that anyone approaching the service is directed to the right person or team first time and part of this role will be dealing with preliminary customer requests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

We are looking to develop someone in the role and there may be future opportunities for career progression within the wider team.
