Part-Time Head of Operations — Community Impact Leader in Saffron Walden

Uttlesford Citizens Advice Bureau in Saffron Walden seeks a Head of Operations to join its leadership team. In this role you will work with the CEO to oversee daily advice operations, empower a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and help ensure our services run smoothly to support thousands of local residents each year.

This part-time role (3 days / 22.5 hours per week) is office-based with hybrid options and offers a salary of £38,000–£40,000 FTE pro rata. Deadline: 16 August 2026 (Noon).
