In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our CEO to oversee daily advice operations, empower a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and ensure our services run smoothly to support thousands of local residents each year.
Key Role Details:
- Role: Head of Operations
- Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 FTE (pro rata)
- Working Pattern: Part-Time (3 days / 22.5 hours per week)
- Location: Office-based in Saffron Walden (Hybrid options available)
- Deadline: 16th August 2026 (Noon)
