Overview
ERP Lead Practitioner 2023 – Fulford School, South York Multi-Academy Trust (SYMAT). We are currently recruiting for a talented and dynamic individual to work with the SENCO to provide high quality support for students who have a diagnosis of Autism and students who are part of the Enhanced Resource Provision (ERP) at Fulford School.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the ERP.
- Assess and evaluate student needs and lead delivery on learning activities/interventions.
- Allocate, support, mentor and manage Teaching Assistant colleagues to support learners.
Requirements / You Will Have
- Proven communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work with learners, parents and partner bodies/individuals in an effective focused manner.
- Strong ability to work across the School with colleagues to ensure the ERP operates smoothly.
- Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in autism.
