Utopian Professional Recruitment are working partnership with our Glasgow based client who are expanding and looking to recruit a Wealth Administrator to join them on a full time basis, please note this role with be a fixed term contract for 12mths.

Working within the professional services sector, you will provide independent market advice whilst promoting, protecting and passing on client wealth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work as a Wealth Planner within our clients’ busy Private Client Department
  • You will provide investment administrative support to the Wealth Planning team
  • Recording of new business and commissions
  • Dealing with investment sales and purchases
  • Investment reconciliations and providing valuations and custody statements for clients
  • Daily telephone contact with investment and insurance companies / other product providers
  • Support with ad hoc project and tasks where required

    To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:

    • Offer a background working within Wealth Management
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Positive and proactive outlook
    • Comfortable working as part of a small busy team
    • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
    • Strong technical capability
