We are delighted to be supporting an award winning Financial Services organisation recruit a Graduate Finance & Operations Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated professional to support our clients’ Finance Team with a variety of tasks which will include Finance, HR, administrative and operational duties. This role is integral to the smooth running of an expanding and award winning organisation, helping secure financial accuracy, supporting colleagues and business operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Finance Support: Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including processing invoices, expenses, and reconciliations. Assist with Year-End audit queries. Support the Finance Manager and Finance Associate in financial reporting and analysis. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • HR & People Assistance: Support HR processes, including onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll coordination. Assist with employee benefits administration.
  • Operations & Facilities: Assist in managing suppliers and other stakeholders’ relationships, and general facilities maintenance. Contribute to process documentation and administrative tasks.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in finance, administration, HR, or operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and finance software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
