We are looking for Dynamic individuals to bring their knowledge and experience to become part of of are Ofsted Registered Children’s Home. Utopia Supported Housing has been providing supported housing for young people since 2016 and has now opened its first Registered Children’s Home. We work with Ofsted and local authorities to provide a high-quality provision where children can safely grow and be given the chance to create a positive future.
We are looking for support staff who know how to make a house a home and are passionate about making a difference to children’s lives.
Do you have experience of working with children who may have had traumatic backgrounds, emotional & behavioural difficulties, childhood trauma and complex behavioural needs or do you have caring, empathetic & supportive qualities that you feel may make you an excellent support worker with a chance to expand your knowledge and give something back to the community , if so, we would love to hear from you.
