Utopia is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Lead who shares our values and ethos of supporting young people with additional needs in a bespoke and compassionate way. Supporting our mission to provide Accessible, Approachable and Aspirational support in a way that puts learners at the heart of the decision-making process has created a culture and environment of collaboration, with learners and parents alike.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding, passionate, and resilient Pastoral Lead. They will play a vital role in implementing the school's strategic vision and will be committed to our mission statement: ‘To be relentless in the pursuit of educational equality’. They will relish the opportunity to be part of a small and hardworking team making a genuine difference to the lives of young people in a creative, innovative, and person-centred way.
