About The Role
We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy Procurement OS&E Manager to join our high-end hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for ultra-luxury hospitality projects, from concept design alignment through sourcing, logistics, installation, and operational handover. You will collaborate closely with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring that all OS&E packages meet the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget control, and operational efficiency—particularly in remote and complex locations.
Responsibilities
- Procurement & Strategy: Develop and manage OS&E procurement strategies aligned with luxury brand standards and project budgets.
- Procurement & Strategy: Build and manage OS&E typologies by hotel category (guestrooms, F&B, spa, back-of-house, public areas, villas, etc.).
- Procurement & Strategy: Lead supplier sourcing, benchmarking, and negotiations, ensuring best value without compromising quality.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage OS&E budgets, cash flow, and cost plans.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Track spend vs budget and proactively identify risks, savings, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Produce procurement reports for internal teams and ownership.
- Technical & Design Coordination: Review OS&E specifications to ensure alignment with interior design intent, brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations and codes.
- Technical & Design Coordination: Review, resolve, and prevent coordination issues across disciplines (design, FF&E, OS&E, MEP, operations).
- Logistics & Delivery: Plan and manage complex logistics for international, remote, and tropical locations.
- Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate customs, shipping, storage, and phased deliveries.
- Logistics & Delivery: Anticipate risks related to climate, access, lead times, and infrastructure limitations.
- Installation & Handover: Oversee OS&E installation, inventories, and commissioning.
- Installation & Handover: Ensure smooth handover to operations, including manuals, warranties, and asset registers.
- Installation & Handover: Support pre-opening and operational readiness.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as primary OS&E liaison with hotel operators, brand representatives, suppliers and manufacturers, and logistics providers; maintain long-term supplier relationships for future projects.
Qualifications
- Formal studies in one of the following fields: Hospitality and Tourism; Hospitality Management / General Management (hospitality-focused); Procurement or Supply Chain Management for Hospitality; Retail Management (with strong exposure to hospitality).
- 10+ years of experience in OS&E procurement for luxury hospitality projects.
- Proven experience working with ultra-luxury or high-end hotel brands.
- Strong background in budgeting, procurement, and supplier negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventories, operations, and hotel pre-opening processes.
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics, including customs and remote locations.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese).
